I had an amazing experience during my stay, with standout features like the beautifully modern and clean rooms, as well as outstanding food in The Tavern. The spa services were a major highlight, providing me with a much-needed relaxation. The only downside was a bit of confusion regarding my booking package, but the staff handled it well. Overall, I can't wait to return and take advantage of more amenities!

We recently stayed at Essex Resort & Spa for a weekend getaway and had a mix of experiences. The food was fantastic, especially at the Tavern, and we thoroughly enjoyed the spa amenities. However, the atmosphere was not what we anticipated, with families and children dominating the areas like the pool, detracting from the romantic vibe we were hoping for. The goat area also raised some concerns about animal welfare, which was disappointing.
